🧾 Insurance Billing
We will bill your primary and secondary insurance on your behalf.
However, you are responsible for:
- Deductibles
- Co-pays
- Charges not covered by insurance
These amounts may be collected prior to your appointment.
🏥 Insurance Coverage
Falls Canyon accepts most major insurance plans.
If we are unable to verify your insurance or if coverage is uncertain, you may be asked to sign a waiver accepting financial responsibility.
This can occur in certain situations such as:
- Workers’ compensation claims where the claim is not yet accepted.
🚫 No Insurance or Paying Cash?
If you are uninsured or wish to pay out-of-pocket, please make arrangements in advance.
In some cases, full payment will be required prior to service.
We offer financing options for those who qualify.
Financial arrangements will be discussed and must be finalized before your procedure.
You will receive monthly billing statements for any remaining balances.
