Billing Information
Within our office, when you see a doctor, we will bill your insurance (both primary and secondary). However, you are responsible for any deductibles, co-pays and charges not covered by insurance. We might ask you to pay these fees prior to service.
Falls Canyon accepts most major insurances. If we cannot verify your insurance coverage or if your coverage is in doubt, you must sign a statement assuming responsibility for all charges. This may occur, for example, in worker’s compensation claims, when claim acceptance has not been established.
If you are uninsured or are paying with cash, you must make payment arrangements in advance. We might require full payment prior to service. In some cases, financing options are available. Financial arrangements will be reviewed with you and must be finalized at the time of your service. We will send you monthly statements on account balances.
For your convenience, you may pay your account using Discover®, VISA® and MasterCard®. We also participate in Care Credit, please ask about enrollment. For any billing questions, please call the office at 503-874-0574.
