Liska L. Havel MD, MPH is a board-certified general surgeon. She grew up in Willamina, Oregon and obtained an undergraduate degree in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology from Lewis & Clark College in Portland. Dr. Havel completed medical school at Oregon Health and Science University in 2016 with a Medical Doctorate and a Masters in Public Health. 

After medical school, Dr. Havel completed a five-year residency in General Surgery at Gundersen Health System in LaCrosse, Wisconsin. Following residency, she returned to Oregon and joined Falls Canyon Surgical Associates, in Silverton. 

Dr. Havel maintains hospital and operating room privileges at Legacy Silverton Medical Center and Santiam Hospital in Stayton.

When Dr. Havel is not working, she enjoys spending time with her family, hiking, boating, biking, skiing, and spending time with friends.
